To diminish your shipping cost, we use uninsured USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Package. The rate for glass jewelry shipped anywhere in the US is:
                                              
Qty 1-10...$5.  You have the option to buy package protection insurance for $2 covering up to $200 for shipment lost/damages.  If you order more than $200, we will provide insurance free.

Slumped Glass Bottles
Flat bottles 1-4...$10, shaped bottles 1-3...$12 by uninsured US Flat Rate Priority Package anywhere in the US. Contact us for rates on larger quantities. You can buy insurance for $1.50 covering up to $50 for lost or damages.

Pick-up your Purchase
South Florida residents and visitors to our area can save the shipping cost by buying online or by phone (954-927-7300) and picking up their orders at our studio (723 S 21 Ave Hollywood, FL 33020). They can also drop off bottles for slumping and pick them up later thus saving the send/return shipping costs.

International Shipping-All Products
Rates depend on the country and products involved. You will be contacted with the final shipping cost after placing an order.

Returns
Full refund (minus shipping and insurance expenses) for items returned within 30 of receipt in their original conditions and with a copy of the invoice. If the return is a result of our error or a defective product, we will replace the item free of charge and pay for the return shipping cost.
